Craig Vickery listened to what I had to say and he was very helpful and informative. It is good to know that if I need to consult the doctor again I can get access to further help by phoning in. The appointment was a very good appointment.
I found Mr Craig Vickery Consultant surgeon and his Team very caring, all having an excellent approachable manner to any questions I put to them, removing fears that I had and putting them to rest. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Vickery and his outstanding Team and nursing staff at the West Suffolk hospital at Bury St. Edmund. Thank you All.
Very impressed with his help and personal attention which gave me a lot of confidence,
Mr Vickery went above and beyond in the care he gave me. I believe that it was because of his investigations and research that I was seen by a consultant at Addenbrookes in a short space of time after leaving the WSH. I have consequently had my operation and am now 8 weeks in recovery. I am happy to say I am back under the care of Mr Vickery.
The only negative I have is that I feel the registrars need to make sure they have all the up to date information before they are allowed to speak to the patients.
On the whole my care from Mr Vickery and the team has been superb.
Mr Vickery was very approachable and knowledgeable on approach. He had clearly read my notes as when we spoke he knew about my family history which made me feel at ease. A Friendly, helpful, approachable chap who I felt had taken the time to be personable. Thanks.
